The Company, following the delisting of its shares from the CSE’s Emerging Companies Market, effective as from 21 December 2023, has converted from a public company to a private company, and has changed its name from Vonpende Holdings P.L.C. to Vonpende Holdings Limited as from 19th of January 2024.
Its main business operation is the holding of investments.
The Company was incorporated and registered in the Republic of Cyprus, on December 20, 2007, and has its headquarters in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Vonpende Holdings Limited, and its subsidiaries, namely Wing Hang Enterprises (Cyprus) Limited, Kirnione Holdings Limited, Winncom Technologies Holding Limited and its subsidiaries Winncom Technologies EU Limited and Winncom Technologies Corporation Limited, Alodie Properties Limited, Business Active LLC, Elbridge Investments (Cyprus) Limited, Lostmperi Holdings Limited, and its subsidiary Aeliano Enterprises Limited constitute the Vonpende Group of Companies.
