The Council of the Cyprus Stock Exchange announces its decision to delist the shares of Vonpende Holdings Plc from the CSE’s Emerging Companies Market, following a request from the company itself. This decision was taken by the CSE Council pursuant to the power conferred upon it by Article 178(I) of the Securities and the Cyprus Stock Exchange Law.
The delisting of the titles of the above company from the Stock Exchange will be effective as of Thursday, 21 December 2023. It is noted that, to this end, the Stock Exchange will proceed with suspending the trading of the titles of the above company from 18 until 20 December 2023.
