Express of interest for submitting architectural proposals

VONPENDE HOLDINGS P.L.C. a group of companies which maintains its headquarters in Nicosia, Cyprus, intends to proceed with the development of a privately owned land-plot in Egkomi area, situated next to Hilton Cyprus hotel (ex-Hilton Park).

In the context of this development, the group is in the process of selecting partners and accepts the submission of interest from architects with prior experience in large-scale developments.

The plot has the following features:

• Φ/Σχ.: 21/53W1 Τμήμα: 4 Τεμάχιο: 3743
• 3,280 square meters
• Falls within (2) planning zones, residential and commercial
