Vonpende Holdings P.L.C. was a proud sponsor of the 1st Photographic Competition 2019 organized by the Law Firm Kinanis LLC the opening of which took place on Friday 22nd of November 2019, at Akamantis Business Center on Egypt Street, Nicosia.
The competition attracted the interest of artists and photo enthusiasts alike, with the submission of 95 contesting photographs and 36 photographers; the competition was curated by Mr. Christos Kinanis.
Mrs. Stephanie Keszi was awarded 1st prize for her photograph titled ‘Tales of Tomorrow’,
The proceeds from the event, as well as a €1.000 donation by Kinanis Law Firm, will be donated to the non-profitable company / charitable institution, «Αγκαλιά Ελπίδας Παγκύπρια Οργάνωση Γονέων & Φίλων Παιδιών με Εγκεφαλικές και άλλες Παραλύσεις», www.agaliaelpidas.org.
“We’re proud to sponsor such a unique event promoting the arts while having a philanthropic flavor to it,” Ms. Stella Koukounis, Director of the Company mentions. “We urge friends and supporters of photography and arts to acquire a commemorative catalogue containing the winners, the honorable mentions and the shortlisted photographs; it is simply outstanding and supports a great cause,” she adds.
The catalogue is available for purchase at EUR 5,00 and its proceeds will be donated to Αγκαλιά Ελπίδας Παγκύπρια Οργάνωση Γονέων & Φίλων Παιδιών με Εγκεφαλικές και άλλες Παραλύσεις.
